Happy New Year

Well, I haven't written in a while, so I guess I'll give you all a glimpse of what is going on with me. The main thing is that the new college winter term has commenced. I am taking Math, History, and Writing this term. Writing is an online class, while the other 2 are normal classroom courses. I hope to continue getting the good grades, same as last term.

I just started reading a book the other night, called Blue Heaven. It's about two kids who go out into the woods to go fishing and happen to witness a murder, and the killers notice they've been seen and give chase. That's about as far as I've gotten. Feel free to read it if you want, it's a thriller and a New York Times best seller.

I guess it's the beginning of the new year, so maybe I should do New Year's Resolutions like I did last year. These are in no particular order of importance.

1. Get into good financial shape.

2. Lose 40 pounds.

3. Visit family members.

4. Get health problems fixed.

5. Go to church, read the Bible.

6. Read books regularly.

7. Be well on my way to getting my 2 year college degree by year's end.

Think I can do that? haha.

See ya'll later.

Sounds about like me. lol. What are you majoring in? That's my problem. I can't think of any 2 yr degrees that I'm interested in. There are some 4 yr ones I think would be cool.

What I really want is a 4 year degree, at least. Possibly a masters degree. I just figure I'll get my 2 year degree at Lane before transferring. Right now I have history listed as my major although I don't know if that's set in stone. I had computer science as my major 10 years ago when I was going to college. There's several things I could do well in, I just am afraid I'll be unhappy if I choose the wrong one.
